The website www.iletaittafoi.fr is the exclusive property of Il était ta foi. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to prior authorization from the owners. However, hyperlinks to the site are permitted without specific request.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply exclusively to commercial relations between Il était ta foi and any buyer placing an order on the website www.iletaittafoi.fr. Any contrary condition formulated by the client will be rejected, unless expressly and in writing accepted by Il était ta foi.
Il était ta foi reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the website. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time the order is placed.

Article 2 — Products
The photographs illustrating the products on the site are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element. Il était ta foi cannot be held responsible for any errors that may appear therein.
The products offered are available within the limits of available stock. In case of stockout, the client is informed and cannot place an order for the item concerned.
Article 3 — Order
Il était ta foi confirms acceptance of the order by email to the address provided by the client. The sale is concluded upon this confirmation.

Article 4 — Delivery

To ensure the smooth delivery of your orders, please adhere to the following points:

• The address must comply with postal standards: precise and complete.
• Any address communicated later by message will not be taken into account.
• Any error or incomplete address remains the responsibility of the client in case of return with the mention NPAI (Does not live at indicated address), incomplete address, or unclaimed package.

The following are considered cases of force majeure, releasing Il était ta foi from its obligation to deliver: war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents, and supply disruptions.
Goods travel at the recipient's risk. Check the condition of your package upon receipt. You have 48 hours to make reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged products.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments, without additional delivery costs for the client. If the client wishes two different delivery addresses, they must place two separate orders.
Free Shipping: Il était ta foi reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the order threshold from which shipping costs are waived, depending on the destination and the postal service selected. Free shipping may also be canceled if the total weight of the order exceeds a defined threshold.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons.
To make a return, please use the return form available from your order area, then generate your return slip. Return the new item(s), in their original intact packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documents, to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Il était ta foi will refund the amounts paid by the client within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, in accordance with the law. Return costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Article 6 — Price
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including current VAT. Transport costs are not included in the product price and are calculated during the order. The final price is that indicated in the order confirmation.
For clients located in European Union member countries, prices include applicable VAT. The list of European Union member countries as of January 1, 2025, includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
European Union companies wishing to make tax-free purchases must use the quote request form and provide a valid intra-community VAT number.
For clients located outside the European Union, prices are expressed exclusive of tax (HT). These clients are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in their country.
Article 7 — Payment
The billed price is that displayed on the site at the time of order. Payment can be made by check payable to Il était ta foi, or online via the secure payment systems offered on the site.
Article 8 — Disputes and Mediation
These GTC are subject to French law. Il était ta foi cannot be held responsible for material, immaterial, or bodily damage that may result from a malfunction or improper use of the products. The responsibility of Il était ta foi is, in any event, limited to the amount of the order concerned.
In case of difficulty in the application of this contract, the client is invited to contact Il était ta foi first to try to find an amicable solution. Il était ta foi undertakes to handle all complaints with care and consideration.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the client may also resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, or execution of this contract will be submitted to the competent courts.
Il était ta foi reminds that any complaint procedure must first be carried out directly with our services, by email or mail, before any external recourse. This allows us to process your situation as quickly as possible.
Article 9 — Warranties
All products sold by Il était ta foi benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
In case of a hidden defect, the buyer has a period of two years from the discovery of the defect to take action (Article 1648 of the Civil Code). The responsibility of Il était ta foi is limited to the value of the product on the date of sale.
Il était ta foi cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations in force in the country of reception of the products.
